Your booking and confirmation
My Travel World handles travel enquiries and bookings. Our published conditions describe booking acceptance following full payment and a confirmation invoice or receipt. Airline terms and fare rules also apply to flight arrangements. Check the names, dates and services on your confirmation promptly and tell us about any discrepancy.
Payments and travel documents
Confirm the total price, payment deadline and arrangements for issuing your travel documents with our team. Give accurate contact details so we can send your confirmation. Passenger names should match the passports used for travel. Retain your confirmation, itinerary and any relevant certificates.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel. The fare rules and supplier conditions determine whether a change or refund is available. Ask for written confirmation of any agreed alteration. Request details of any applicable agency administration fee and supplier charge before proceeding.
Flight arrangements
Check the airline’s check-in, reconfirmation and baggage requirements for your itinerary. Use flight sectors in the booked order and confirm seating or assistance requests with the airline. Contact our team if you receive a schedule-change notice or need help understanding your itinerary.
Passports, entry requirements and travel advice
Entry rules depend on your nationality, destination, transit countries and circumstances. Check passport validity and visa requirements with the relevant authorities before travel. Review the latest destination information from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and check any airline requirements that apply to your journey.

Ask what financial protection applies to the specific arrangements you are considering. ATOL protection does not apply to every travel service. For an ATOL-protected booking, your certificate identifies the protected arrangements, the travellers covered and the business providing that protection. Check the certificate against your booking and keep a copy with your travel documents.
