01Understand your Hajj arrangements
Start by checking the current official Hajj process for your country of residence. Nusuk Hajj is overseen by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and provides information about eligible countries, authorised providers and package arrangements. Registration, availability and requirements can change between seasons. Ask our team about travel planning, and confirm official requirements directly with Nusuk before proceeding. An enquiry with My Travel World does not by itself secure a Hajj place.
02Consider the stay as well as the journey
When comparing arrangements, look beyond a headline price. Ask about the accommodation named in the quote, room occupancy, the location of each stay, transport arrangements, meals and the assistance included. Some Hajj arrangements involve changing accommodation, while others use a single base in Makkah. Discuss what those choices mean for your group and ask for the itinerary and inclusions in writing.
03Tell us what your group needs
Let us know your preferred departure airport, number of travellers, room preferences and any practical support needs. Share your intended trip length and whether you would like to discuss time in Madinah as part of your travel plans. We can then have a more useful conversation about options. Final dates, prices, permissions and services must be confirmed for the arrangement you choose.
